  • Maintain HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and recruitment tools is a plus.
